I am very pleased with the feedback. I enjoyed delivering the training session and I felt very confident about the content. It was very satisfying teaching an important subject.
The feedback from Colette was very positive and I appreciated her comments during the session. It enabled me to change my delivery slightly after the break so that I introduced more input from the quieter members of the group.

Thank you Colette for all of your positive comments and future recommendations to support this training provision.
On a personal note it is always refreshing to work with other learning and development specialists, exchanging ideas, learning new knowledge and more importantly sharing a passion with working with like minded people – thank you Colette for making my training & learning experience an enjoyable one.
Dawn Sankey, County Training Manager, The Orders of St John Care Trust
On reflection I am very pleased with the feedback that I received from the assessor, and from the staff that participated in the session. I felt that I focused on collecting as much research as possible prior to delivering the session, so that I was prepared for any questions that may have required a more in depth answer. I ran through the slides in preparation, which gave me more confidence in structuring the session to last for the duration of the course. As the session ended a little sooner than planned, I was apprehensive but reassured after being given verbal feedback that the session met the learning outcomes.
I feel that the feedback that I was given was fair and constructive and I am very much looking forward to taking on board the recommendations given, to further enhance the quality of the training that I deliver. I am delighted to be accredited so that I can deliver foundation safeguarding training for GCC.
Colin Beard, Registered Manager, Aspirations Care
I found this feedback very helpful. This was the very first time I had delivered this training and I was anxious about being observed and getting it right. I need to do more preparation in future in reading around the subject and practicing the presentation before delivery. I have highlighted in red the areas I need to improve and I am confident I will improve with practice. I now understand the areas that may not have been clear for the delegates such as the detail of reporting in our procedures. I enjoyed the session and am keen to deliver it again.
