- delivering safeguarding training to over 1,000 delegates across a 6 year period from every type of service working with vulnerable adults
- developing and delivering a business management development programme purchased by Gloucestershire County Council that has achieved a 100% retention rate and 100% customer satisfaction and a clear evidence base across 60 early years and childcare organisations of business improvement including improved Ofsted ratings at every inspection since delegates have participated.
- writing and commissioning a county wide induction programme for all staff working with children with special education needs (SENCo's) that continues to be recommissioned due to its relevance
