Assente specialises in helping organisations who work with vulnerable adults put effective safeguarding measures in place.
We offer direct foundation level training which we can easily contextualise for staff from a wide range of organisations. In recent years we have worked with staff from housing, police forces, care homes, day centres, domiciliary care services, hospitals, mental health services, fire and rescue teams as well as within Local Authorities.
Our Train the Trainer model supports trainers in your organisation ensure they are up to date with safeguarding best practice as well as practically ensures they can maximise how delegates learn in their sessions.
We have developed quality assurance models to ensure that Local Authorities can feel confident that staff are being supported to effectively safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse.
Over the past 8 years, Assente has led management and leadership change programmes across adult social care services and within early years and child care services. Assente can provide independent consultancy support within these industries, particularly where specific improvements to operational practice are required. This might take the form of planning and delivering in-house training to upskill nursery staff in applying the Early Years Foundation Stage. It might be project managing a change to Policy and facilitating procedural and proces revews on behalf of a number of organisations.
