Booking information

• Bookings can be made by filling in the booking form, by telephone, or by completing our online booking form.
• Full payment will be required prior to the start of the course.
• Once confirmation and payment has been received, joining instructions and directions for the course will be forwarded.
• Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer your booking to another date please ensure that at least 14 days notice is given prior to the start of the course.
• Should you need to change the name of the candidate attending the course please ensure that 3 working days notice is given prior to the start of the course.
• Please not that if a candidate does not attend a course they are booked onto, and no substitute sent, then the full cost of the course will be incurred and no refund given.
• For NVQ Management courses, candidates who fail to complete the award will be subject to a £500 charge.
• For in-house courses, under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, it is the responsibility of our customers to provide a safe working environment for the training course taking place.

Payments and cancellation

• On completion of a booking form, an invoice will be sent requesting full payment prior to the start of the course.
• All invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt, cheques should be made payable to Assente Limited. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
• If you have to cancel a course, the following charges will apply:
• More than 4 weeks prior to the course: No Charge
• 2 – 4 weeks prior to the course: 50% of the total course fee
• Less than 2 weeks prior to the course: Full Charge
• We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and the offer of a transfer to another course date, or a full refund of fees paid.
• Certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received. 

Liability

• Assente Limited and its employees or associates shall be under no liability in respect of any statements to representations made other than those directly contained in the approved course material.
• Opinion, conclusions and other information given by the trainer that is not part of the approved course material shall be understood as individual, and neither given or endorsed by Assente Limited.
